• Macau: eBuy smart locker or store pickup. Free shipping from MOP 300.
• Hong Kong: SF Express home delivery, SF Station or locker pickup. Free shipping from MOP 500.
• Mainland China: SF Express home delivery. Free shipping from MOP 500.
• Below the threshold, shipping is paid to the courier on delivery or pickup.

Dispatch

In-stock orders are generally dispatched in 1–3 working days after payment and stock have been checked. This timeframe does not apply to out-of-stock items; contact us to confirm arrangements. Delivery to an eBuy pickup point generally takes 2–3 days from dispatch, subject to eBuy’s arrangements and arrival notification. Hong Kong and Mainland China delivery times depend on SF Express’s actual arrangements.

Payment

Products are priced in MOP. Macau and Mainland China orders use the Simple Pay QR code and pay in MOP. Hong Kong orders use the BOC HK payment QR code and pay in HKD, converted at HKD 1 = MOP 1.03 and rounded to two decimal places. The exact amount is shown at checkout. Credit card payment is not available. After paying, upload your payment screenshot and put your order reference in the payment note. After payment and stock checks, we arrange dispatch within the timeframe stated above.

Pickup notes

eBuy provides a two-day collection period; follow the start time and deadline in its arrival notification. Any additional overdue collection fees are the customer’s responsibility, including on free-shipping orders. Please make sure your details are complete and correct; delays or extra costs caused by incorrect details are borne by the customer.
